Do you offer Student Discount?

Yes we do. 20% Student Discount is available with a valid NUS card. Excludes Retail, Balayage/Babylights, Hair Colour Corrections, Hair Extensions & Wigs, and Hair Treatments.

Yes we do. 10% NHS Discount is available Monday to Thursday with a valid NHS staff ID. Excludes Retail, Balayage/Babylights, Hair Colour Corrections, Hair Extensions & Wigs & Hair Treatments.

Do you offer Ladies Only Hairdressing?

Yes we do. We have a private room at the rear of the salon, and client's can book this for no additional charge. In order to book this facility, please call 02920461191 requesting a female stylist and the Private Room.

It is my First Visit - How do I Book a Hair Colour Service?

For your first hair colour visit, we would like you to book in for a no obligation, Colour Consultation. This is the opportunity to discuss your hair colour requirements with one of our colour experts and to conduct the compulsory skin test at least 48hrs in advance of your colour service. This consultation should take no more than 30 minutes. The Colourist will then be able to provide you with an accurate quote and book your appointment if you do wish to proceed. Please note that a small deposit is required for colour appointments, this is only refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Please note: Hair Colour Skin Tests are compulsory and a requirement of our insurance. Even if you have had your hair coloured before, we may use different products and we would want to make sure that you are not going to react to these.

Do You Cut Children's Hair?

Yes we do. We are a renowned family hairdressers, offering cuts for all the family. Our stylists and barbers are very experienced with children's haircuts. We even provide a First Haircut Certificate for your little one's first visit!

Are you a Dementia Friendly Hair Salon?

Yes we are. We became a Dementia-Friendly business in 2020. Our staff are praised for their patience and understanding. If a busy salon can be too much for you or the person you care for, then we can offer a private quiet room at the rear of the salon, and this can be booked for no additional charge by calling 02920461191 requesting a dementia-friendly stylist and the Private Room.

Yes we do. We are established wig and hair system fitters with decades of experience. Our trained Cardiff wig, toupee and hairpiece specialists are here for you, to talk through all your options during a consultation in our safe and welcoming environment.

Specialists in Men’s Hair Systems, and working with The Little Princess Trust, fitting wigs for children who have lost their hair due to illness. Our stylists have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Do you Provide NHS Wigs?

Yes we do. We are established wig and hair system fitters with decades of experience and in February 2024 we became an accredited NHS wig provider in Wales. Our trained Cardiff wig and hairpiece specialists are here for you, to talk through all your options during a consultation in our safe and welcoming environment.

You will be provided with a wig voucher from your health service in Wales. An NHS Wig Consultation is included in your NHS Wig Voucher.
