Who Knew Cake Could Raise So Much Money For Charity?!
It’s that time of year when we embrace the changing of the seasons and get baking for our well known charity coffee morning at Simon Constantinou Hair & Beauty.
On Friday 29th September, whether you had an appointment or not, everyone was welcome to come in for some homemade cake and a cuppa fundraising for City Hospice Cardiff – a local charity close to our hearts.
Our amazing staff and clients donated home-made cakes including Coffee Cake, Chocolate Muffins, Carrot Cake, Blueberry Cake, Lemon Cake, Blueberry Pie, Cupcakes, Chocolate Cake, Welsh Cakes and more!
We all enjoyed the buzz of Melanie feeding everyone who walked in the door 🙂 Everyone was so generous and we raised a wonderful £628.46 for City Hospice Cardiff and have been informed that this is match funded by Hodge Foundation, making this fundraiser a whopping £1256.92!
